What is your jewellery made from?
Our jewellery is brass based and silver or gold plated.
I have metal allergies, can I wear your jewellery?
We advise that anyone with metal allergies doesn't wear our jewellery. For more information, please contact us.
How do I look after my jewellery?
To avoid tarnishing, please keep your jewellery away from water, sun cream and perfume. We advise that you don't wear it while sleeping or in the shower/swimming pool.
Do you ship to my country?
YES! We deliver all over the world – delivery charges apply.
What do I do if the goods I ordered haven't arrived?
Once goods have been dispatched, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received goods within specified time of delivery requested please e-mail hello@jolijolijewelry.com
