Refund policy

We hope you love your Joli Joli order as much as we loved creating it but if you are unhappy with your piece for any reason you can return it within 30 days of receipt*

To notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item please contact us through our chat at the bottom right corner of our website.

Please ensure all items are repackaged in exactly the same way they arrived and sealed. Joli Joli Jewellery will not be able to offer refunds on pieces that arrive back to us tangled, worn, damaged or with missing parts and packaging.

We ask that you send back items by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to ensure safe delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit and Royal Mail will not accept any claims related to jewellery if any other service has been used. Please retain the tracking number in case there are any issues.

If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.

*ENGRAVED ITEMS

Please note: goods that are engraved, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable.

*EARRINGS

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings.  

EXCHANGES

Please state which items you would like to exchange for and why.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made within 5-7 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7-10 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
